The Role:

As our Retail Sales Executive , you’ll be the driving force behind getting HIRO into the right hands – and onto the right shelves. You’ll identify and pitch new retail opportunities, close deals, and build lasting relationships that fuel our growth across the UK and Europe.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Identifying and securing new retail partnerships – from boutique gyms and health clubs to specialist retailers, independent pharmacies, and sports stores.
  • Owning the full sales cycle – prospecting, pitching, onboarding, and nurturing key accounts.
  • A typical week will involve 3 days out in the field meeting prospects and clients, and 2 days in the office (or working remotely) for outreach, pipeline management, strategy, and follow-ups.
  • Working closely with the founders to shape and execute a smart, ambitious sales strategy.
  • Managing your own sales pipeline, updating trackers, and reporting on performance.
  • Representing HIRO at wellness events, product launches, and industry expos.

Who You Are:

  • You’ve got around 12 months or more of sales experience - ideally in wellness, lifestyle or FMCG but it's not essential.
  • You’re a natural communicator – confident, persuasive, and easy to get along with.
  • You build relationships quickly and know how to read a room (whether it’s a gym owner or a store buyer).
  • You’re proactive, organised, and don’t need hand-holding – you take ownership and run with it.
  • You’re hungry to learn, grow, and be part of something exciting from the ground up.
  • You’re comfortable with hybrid working and spending a good chunk of your week out meeting partners.
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked with gyms, retailers, or lifestyle brands – but it’s not essential.
