We’re working with a fast-growing SaaS company that sells into highly regulated industries (e.g. fintech / financial services) - navigate complex challenges through automation, real-time insights, and intelligent workflows. Their platform empowers teams to reduce risk, improve customer outcomes, and scale operations efficiently using AI-driven detection and actionable insights.

Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals
  • Drive outbound activity across email, phone, and social channels
  • Deliver engaging product demos and lead POCs when needed
  • Map customer needs to the platform’s capabilities and build strong business cases
  • Engage decision-makers and influencers across enterprise accounts
  • Stay informed on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activity
  • Keep CRM (e.g. Hub Spot or Salesforce) updated with pipeline and activity data
  • Share customer feedback with internal teams to support continuous improvement
  • Consistently hit or exceed sales targets
Requirements
  • 3+ years of SaaS sales experience in a closing role
  • Experience selling into regulated or complex B2B environments (e.g. fintech, financial services, legal, healthcare, or compliance)
  • Strong outbound and qualification skills
  • Consultative sales approach with the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder deals
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative team player
