Fueled by our exponential growth and market demand, we are seeking twoambitious, strategic and results-drivenSenior Account Executiveswith expertise in Enterprise SaaS Salesand a consultative sales approach to join ourteam. In this role, you'll develop compelling account winplans,build lasting relationships with diverse construction, real estate, and data center stakeholder groups,and close enterprise deals with agility. You'll manage the entire sales process from start to finish, and deliver significant value for our fast-growing global customer base.

What you’ll do:

Manage the entire sales cycle—from research, lead generation, and discovery calls to actively qualifying and closing enterprise deals (hunt & close).

Establish and maintain strong relationships with strategic contacts, buyers, and users to retain and grow existing revenue, and to identify andclose new opportunities.

Proactively generate leads through cold calls, emails, events, site visits, etc., and develop accounts through discovery calls, sales presentations, demos, proposals, etc.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, accurately forecasting and managing progress to hit your sales targets.

Develop and update account winplans, sales collaterals, pricing/business models, proposals,RFP responses, etc. ensuring that accounts are advanced properly and prospects have an up-to-date knowledge of functionalities, value, and roadmap.

Keep account plans up to date and maintain detailed, accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM, meeting your sales

KPIs.

Continuously promote the Contilio brand and work with the rest of the commercial team to provide value-driven support to our customers and to create upsell opportunities.

International travel to engage with different customers and prospects.

min 8years of total work experience, including 4 years inB2B SaaS sales experience (enterprise, multi-stakeholder, consultative) in Con Tech, Prop Tech, Industrial AI, or other related fields.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in dynamic, tech-first and fast-paced environments.

Strong analytical, strategic, and commercial skills, enabling you to wear different hats and comfortably structure, develop and work with complex documents, topics, and environments.

Results-driven with a history of consistently hitting and exceeding your annual targets (minimu £400k).

Native-level communication (both written & verbal) and exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing and presenting to cross-functional and senior stakeholder groups.

Ability to demo Contilio’s product, articulate its value proposition, and explain technical concepts todiverse buyer groups, including engineers, project managers, digital transformation teams,executives.

Proficiency with CRM systems (Hubspot), Excel, PowerPoint, and ChatGPT (for structured research).

Min Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, commerce, or related fields is required.
