We are delighted to be partnering with a prestigious luxury members' club in the heart of Central London to recruit an exceptional Head of Sales
. This is a rare opportunity to join an iconic venue renowned for its refined hospitality, outstanding events spaces, and loyal high-net-worth membership.
This role is ideal for a commercially astute sales leader with a strong background in banqueting and events sales
, who thrives in a relationship-driven, high-end environment and values quality as much as results.
As Head of Sales, you will take full ownership of the club's sales strategy, with a primary focus on private events, banqueting, and corporate entertaining
. You will lead from the front, driving revenue while maintaining the club's impeccable standards and long-term member relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering a robust sales strategy across events and banqueting
- Proactively driving new business while nurturing existing key accounts
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating the events team
- Working closely with events, operations, and membership teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Managing forecasts, budgets, and performance against targets
- Representing the club at industry events and networking opportunities
- Proven senior sales experience within luxury hospitality, members' clubs, hotels, or premium venues
- Strong track record in events and banqueting sales in a senior position
- Commercially minded with excellent relationship-building skills
- Confident leader who inspires trust and performance
- Highly organised, professional, and detail-driven
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest and client experiences
- Salary: £55,000 per annum
- Bonus: 10% performance-related
