We are delighted to be partnering with a prestigious luxury members' club in the heart of Central London to recruit an exceptional Head of Sales
. This is a rare opportunity to join an iconic venue renowned for its refined hospitality, outstanding events spaces, and loyal high-net-worth membership.

This role is ideal for a commercially astute sales leader with a strong background in banqueting and events sales
, who thrives in a relationship-driven, high-end environment and values quality as much as results.

The Role

As Head of Sales, you will take full ownership of the club's sales strategy, with a primary focus on private events, banqueting, and corporate entertaining
. You will lead from the front, driving revenue while maintaining the club's impeccable standards and long-term member relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering a robust sales strategy across events and banqueting
  • Proactively driving new business while nurturing existing key accounts
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating the events team
  • Working closely with events, operations, and membership teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Managing forecasts, budgets, and performance against targets
  • Representing the club at industry events and networking opportunities
About You
  • Proven senior sales experience within luxury hospitality, members' clubs, hotels, or premium venues
  • Strong track record in events and banqueting sales in a senior position
  • Commercially minded with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Confident leader who inspires trust and performance
  • Highly organised, professional, and detail-driven
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest and client experiences
