** About the role
** Working in one of our Country Sales offices over a 12-week period, you’ll support our teams during one of the busiest periods of the year. This placement will give you insight into life as a Sales Negotiator, supporting your team with processing enquiries, attending property viewings and gaining invaluable exposure in successfully closing deals. If you enjoy being in front of clients, thrive on being given responsibility from day one, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this might be the role for you.
During the 12-week placement, there will be extensive exposure to real clients and opportunity to work with industry experts. In this time, you will have access to our Early Careers team to discuss future roles and schemes. Pre-existing knowledge of real estate isn't essential because we'll equip you with all the tools for success.
To be successful, you will need:
* Confidence and enthusiasm, with the passion to excel in residential property
* A fascination with property, keeping up to date with the real estate market and current developments
* A strong desire to develop great people skills in your career, as communication and relationship building is at the heart of what we do
* Be available from roughly the
** 22nd June to 11th September**. Please note, we are unable to accommodate exceptions. ||
** Eligibility criteria** |
* A minimum C/4 and above in GCSE Maths & English Language
* 1 A-levels/equivalent e.g. Scottish Higher, International Baccalaureate
* The successful candidate must, by the commencement of employment, have the unrestricted right to work in the UK
* Preferable to hold a valid driving licence that allows you to drive in the UK, have access to a car and be comfortable driving for work ||
