Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, 24hrs per week, hybrid role for a Business Development & Sales Manager, based in the London Area, United Kingdom. Some work can be done remotely. The chosen individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating partnerships, managing client relationships, and developing sales strategies. Tasks include engaging with potential clients, creating tailored proposals, negotiating quotations, and achieving set sales targets.
The role involves close collaboration with Richard and the Operations team to align strategies and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management within the Events Industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Strategic planning and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of the events or hospitality industry is an advantage
- Self-motivation, organization, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite and Canva
