Outreach Sales Executive

As an Outreach Sales Executive, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the business growth by identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential new clients. Working closely with the Head of Sales and Sales Executives, you’ll use a range of outreach channels to book qualified meetings and open doors with key decision

Key Responsibilities

* Proactively prospect new business leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and Linked In outreach

* Manage and track all activities through Zoho CRM (or similar system), ensuring data accuracy and pipeline visibility

* Research and qualify target companies to identify new business opportunities

* Book and schedule meetings for the Head of Sales and Sales Executives

* Craft engaging email and call scripts to improve outreach conversion rates

* Follow up on inbound and marketing-generated leads

* Support broader sales and marketing campaigns, contributing ideas to drive lead generation

Skills & Experience

* Previous experience in sales outreach, lead generation, or appointment setting

* Strong communication skills – confident on the phone, clear in writing, and persuasive in tone

* Experience using CRM platforms such as Zoho, Hub Spot, or Salesforce

* Excellent organisational skills and a proactive, self-motivated attitude

* Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

* Experience or interest in fashion, apparel, or design-led industries is a plus

* Exposure to premium clients and projects in fashion and design sectors

* Training and mentoring to develop your sales career
