About the Role
We are seeking a Kitchen Contract Sales Manager to drive sales of luxury kitchen solutions to high-end property developers. The successful candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, securing new projects, and contributing directly to the company’s revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with high-end property developers and architects in the London market
Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to contract completion
Achieve and exceed sales targets, with uncapped commission potential
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
Requirements / Skills
Proven experience in contract or luxury kitchen sales, ideally working with developers
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
Knowledge of high-end kitchen products and design trends
Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within London and surrounding areas
