We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established 4★ Hotel & Spa in London for a driven and commercially focused Hotel Sales Executive to join their Sales team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and maximising revenue within a dynamic hospitality environment.

The Role

As Hotel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities across corporate and MICE segments. You will play a key role in driving revenue performance in line with the hotel’s strategic sales plan and budgetary targets.

Working closely with the Director of Sales and senior leadership team, you will develop strong client relationships, convert enquiries into confirmed business, and contribute to the overall commercial success of the property.

Key Responsibilities

* Proactively identify and secure new corporate accounts and group business

* Respond to and convert Corporate RFPs and MICE/Group enquiries

* Contract corporate accounts and manage the sales process from enquiry to confirmation

* Organise and attend client meetings, site inspections, FAM trips, and sales activities

* Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals showcasing the hotel’s value proposition

* Conduct market research to monitor trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences

* Collaborate closely with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams to maximise opportunities

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within Opera and Salesforce

* Assist in preparing strategic sales plans, budgets, forecasts, and action plans

* Prepare and present bi-weekly sales performance reports to senior management

About You

* Previous experience in hotel sales (corporate and/or MICE focus preferred)

* Strong understanding of the London hospitality market

* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

* Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills

* Commercially minded with strong negotiation abilities

* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

* Experience using Opera and Salesforce (or similar CRM systems)

* Proactive, driven, and results-oriented
