Within these branded hotels, my client are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to join their team within the Hammersmith & Kensington sites.

This is a role, where our client engages with you; gives you practical training, development and progression within a dynamic and rapidly expanding company, knowing that promotion will not be too far away if you want a fun and exciting career in hospitality.

If you are sales motivated, always looking to close that deal, well organised, possess excellent communication skills, can work on your own initiative as well as motivating others, and have a genuine desire to work in the hospitality industry we want to hear from you.

Salary:
Upto £40k + Bonus + Excellent Progression

Main Responsibilities:

As a Sales Manager, you will maximise revenue opportunities in the areas of conferences and events by driving sales leads and increasing conversions. The Sales Manager will interact frequently with Guests and customers with the intention of earning repeat and expanded business.

Specifically, the Sales Manager will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximise revenue.
  • Seek opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the Team.
  • Manage an events schedule to maximise yield.
  • Focus on a consistently executed up-selling approach.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs.
  • Arrange and carry out Hotel show rounds.
  • Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events.
  • Participate in hotel promotional activities.

  • Good organisational and administration skills
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Previous experience in similar role (1-2 years)
  • Demonstrated previous experience working in the Conference & Events function
  • Knowledge of the hotel property management systems
  • A proactive sales professional, looking to recruit and develop their own sales team in the future.
