This role is not an end position
. It exists to identify, train, and fast‑track high‑potential individuals into building their own successful financial advisory businesses within Polaris Financial.

Over an 18 month period
, you’ll be fully trained, qualified, and supported as you transition from Business Development Manager into a fully authorised Independent Financial Adviser.

During this time, you’ll develop:

• Deep technical knowledge of financial planning
• Client acquisition and relationship‑building skills
• Commercial awareness of how to run a profitable advisory business
• The confidence and credibility to advise clients independently
