As a Beauty Consultant for Parfums Christian Dior, you are a brand ambassador. In this role, you are responsible for driving fragrance and beauty sales by achieving your sales targets while promoting the brand and providing a personalised luxury service to customers.

Sales
- To be an expert in fragrance, makeup and skincare, able to present and apply products to inspire and gain new clients
- To proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and provide a luxury standard of service and experience to customers
- To be aware of and achieve or exceed sales targets, as set by your line manager
- To proactively link and cross-sell across product categories to increase average transaction value (ATV) and items per transaction (IPT)
- KPI: to achieve set sales targets
Service
- To be knowledgeable on all Parfums Christian Dior products and propose personalised products to clients
- To initiate contact with clients and welcome them both on counter and through traffic stopping
- To develop personal relationships with clients and gain loyalty, introducing the DIOR “My Exclusive Loyalty Programme” reward scheme
- To educate clients on Parfums Christian Dior products and the brand heritage
- KPI: to deliver expertise in a Client Experience (CX) and NPS feedback scores
General
- To participate in merchandise management in line with Corporate guidelines, protecting the brand’s image
- To monitor stock levels, report issues and ensure sufficient stock
- To adhere to all company procedures and policies as outlined in the employee handbook
- To build a strong brand database and update the IPOS tool with client data including sales and client profiles
- To develop and utilise customer database on IPOS to build clientele (phone calls, product launch events and appointments)
- The responsibilities outlined in this job description are subject to change based on the company’s needs and ongoing projects
Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role is required. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
