POSITION: DIOR SKINCARE THERAPIST

Your Impact:
As a Beauty Consultant for Parfums Christian Dior, you are a brand ambassador. In your role, you are responsible for driving fragrance & beauty sales by achieving your sales targets while promoting the brand and providing a personalized luxury service to customers.

Job Responsibilities Sales
  • Be an expert in Fragrance, makeup and skincare, presenting and applying products to inspire and gain new clients.
  • Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and provide a luxury standard of service and experience to customers.
  • Be aware of and achieve or exceed sales targets, as set by your line manager.
  • Proactively link & cross sell over all product categories to increase average transaction value (ATV) and items per transaction (IPT).
  • KPI: achieve set sales targets.
Service
  • Be knowledgeable on all Parfums Christian Dior products and propose personalized products to clients.
  • Initiate contact with clients and welcome them both on counter and through traffic stopping.
  • Develop personal relationships with clients and gain loyalty, introducing the DIOR “My Exclusive Loyalty Programme” reward scheme to all clients.
  • Educate clients on Parfums Christian Dior products and the brand’s rich heritage.
  • KPI: deliver expertise in a Clients Experience (CX) & NPS feedback scores.
General
  • Participate in merchandise management and ensure it is in line with Corporate guidelines, protecting the brand’s image.
  • Monitor stock levels, report any issues and ensure that there are sufficient levels.
  • Adhere to all company procedures and policies, as outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Build a strong brand database – update ipos tool with client data including all sales and client profile.
  • Develop and utilize customer database on ipos to build clientele (phone calls, product launch events and appointments).

Profile

Previous experience working in a luxury, consultative sales role is required. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
