Area Sales Manager – Bathroom Products

North & West London
£45,000 – £50,000 + £6,000–£10,000 Bonus + Hybrid Car + BUPA

We are recruiting an experienced Area Sales Manager to join a well-established and growing business within the bathroom / KBB sector.

This is a field-based role covering North & West London, managing an existing territory currently worth circa £3m, with strong potential to grow beyond £3.5m.

The Role

* Manage and develop retail and merchant showroom accounts

* Re-engage and recover lost business within the territory

* Drive new business through display placements, stock agreements and promotions

* Promote a portfolio including bathroom mirrors, cabinets, furniture, brassware and ventilation

* Build long-term customer relationships rather than transactional sales

* Manage your diary effectively and operate autonomously in the field

This is a full-time, road-based position focused on relationship building and commercial growth.

The Candidate

To be considered, you must have:

* Experience selling bathroom / KBB products

* A background in field sales (Area Sales Manager, Territory Manager, BDM etc.)

* Experience selling into retail showrooms or plumbing / building merchants

* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

* A proven track record of achieving sales growth

You will be self-motivated, organised and commercially minded, with the drive to grow an underperforming area.

Package

* £45,000 – £50,000 basic salary

* £6,000 – £10,000 annual bonus (paid quarterly)

* Hybrid company car
