We're on the lookout for a Territory Sales Manager to join our powerhouse team, working on behalf of our world renowned client.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract, full‑time, Monday–Friday role (hello weekends).

We're Tactical Solutions, part of the awesome Dee Set Group.
Think of us as a fast‑moving, high‑energy, results‑driven squad who help the biggest brands in FMCG stand out in the busiest aisles of the top retailers.

You’ll be our superstar on the ground—visiting major grocery retailers (and sometimes convenience stores), making magic happen by:

• Building brilliant relationships with store decision‑makers
• Making sure Mars products are front & centre and impossible to ignore
• Negotiating for extra space and maximum availability
• Spotting opportunities and outsmarting the competition
• Being our “eyes and ears” in store—your insights matter!
• Using our Drive tablet system to keep everything slick and on‑track

• Recent Graduate looking to start your career in Field Sales.
• Have experience in field sales OR come from a retail/convenience background
• Love working independently (but also enjoy being part of a winning team!)
• Can build relationships quicker than you can say “POS display”
