Brook Green Supply is an independent UK Gas & Power supplier serving the Industrial & Commercial (I&C) market. We partner closely with Third Party Intermediaries (TPIs) to deliver competitive, transparent and innovative energy solutions to UK businesses.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for driven, commercially minded sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, target‑led environment and enjoy building strong broker relationships that deliver consistent results.
The RoleThis is a core, outbound sales role focused on developing, growing and nurturing relationships with TPIs and brokers. You’ll spend your time actively engaging the broker market, winning new business, and maximising opportunities through consistent communication, face‑to‑face meetings and proactive deal management.
Reporting into the Head of TPI Sales, you’ll be responsible for driving volume, revenue and market presence through your broker portfolio. This role suits someone who enjoys sales at its core: picking up the phone, getting in front of partners, building trust, and closing deals.
Energy industry experience is helpful, but drive, resilience and hunger to sell are the most important factors.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively develop and manage a portfolio of TPI / broker relationships
- Drive high outbound activity via calls, meetings, events and regular engagement
- Win new business and increase Brook Green Supply’s market share through TPIs
- Build long‑term, trusted relationships that position Brook Green Supply as a go‑to supplier
- Manage fixed energy tenders from enquiry through to deal acceptance
- Price and structure deals in line with commercial objectives and broker requirements
- Work closely with internal Trading, Operations and Support teams to ensure smooth execution
- Represent Brook Green Supply professionally in the broker market
- Attend face‑to‑face meetings, industry events and networking opportunities
- Promote the company’s proposition, values and strategy consistently
- Strong sales drive, resilience and determination to succeed
- Comfortable in a high‑activity, outbound sales environment
- Confident building relationships and influencing decision‑makers
- Commercially minded with a focus on winning business
- Confident, professional and persuasive communication style
- Results‑oriented with a strong work ethic
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Able to manage your own workload and priorities
- Numerate and commercially aware
- Team player who collaborates effectively across functions
- Previous experience in a sales role
- Experience working with brokers / intermediaries is highly desirable
- Knowledge of the UK energy market is advantageous but not essential
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
