Salary - £30,000 + 5% commission – OTE 45K Plus

Working Hours - Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm

An exciting opportunity has become available to join a well-established and highly regarded estate agency operating across North London
. Our client is looking for a confident and proactive individual to join their Client Services team.

This role is ideal for someone with previous estate agency experience who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys building relationships.

• Contacting past valuation leads to re-engage potential clients
• Canvassing for new business opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective vendors
• Supporting the wider sales team with lead generation activities

• Previous experience within Estate Agency (essential)
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Target-driven and motivated by results
• Organised and able to manage follow-up activity effectively
• Positive, proactive and team-oriented
