Business Development Manager

. Eminence Inc Limited is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who are passionate about marketing, sales, and strategic growth. You will gain hands‑on experience by working closely with our marketing, strategy, sales, and technical teams while contributing to real business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
  • Identify key decision‑makers within target organisations.
  • Assist in preparing marketing strategies and sales proposals.
  • Promote company products and services to new and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and current customers.
  • Support the development of new sales campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Attend marketing meetings, stakeholder meetings, and customer meetings.
  • Collaborate with design, programming, sales, purchasing, and technical teams.
  • Respond to sales enquiries and follow up with leads.
  • Assist in preparing business reports and documentation.
  • Participate in staff development and training programs.
  • Support short‑term and long‑term marketing and management planning.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good research and analytical abilities.
  • Basic understanding of marketing and sales principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
