Key Account Development Manager

We are hiring Key Account Development Managers to support the expansion of our European data center business
, with dedicated coverage for Central Europe and Northern Europe
.

This position focuses on developing strategic key accounts, managing large-scale data center projects, and expanding regional sales networks, with a strong emphasis on power equipment and transformer-related solutions
.

• Develop and expand the data center market, building and managing key accounts to achieve regional sales targets
• Research market intelligence including regulations, competitor activities, and industry trends, and provide strategic recommendations
• Lead the full commercial lifecycle, including customer engagement, bidding, negotiations, contract signing, and order execution
• Plan and participate in industry exhibitions, forums, and customer events to strengthen brand visibility
• Maintain long-term customer relationships, coordinate after-sales support, and ensure high customer satisfaction

• 3+ years of experience in key account sales, business development, or B2B sales
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Experience in the data center industry is highly preferred
• Knowledge of transformers, power equipment, or electrical systems is a strong plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and project coordination skills
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
• Candidates with an electrical engineering or related technical background may also be considered, even at an early career stage, provided they demonstrate strong commercial potential and learning ability
