NOVOS - Employee-owned eCommerce growth agency
Job Description: Join an award-winning agency as a senior commercial leader owning the full new business engine. You will work directly with the founders to define market positioning, shape high-value deals, and transition the agency from SEO specialists to broader eCommerce growth partners. This is a quality-over-volume role focused on winning the right long-term clients.
Location: London, UK
Why this role is remarkable:- Employee Ownership: Join a unique structure where 90% of the company is staff-owned, offering full financial transparency and a direct annual profit share for every team member.
- Award-Winning Culture: Work for a "Beacon of Excellence" winner ranked 5th in the UK’s Best Workplaces, featuring benefits like unlimited leave and a two-week Christmas closure.
- Strategic Influence: Move beyond commodity sales to lead complex, strategy-led conversations with CMOs and founders at high-growth brands like Osprey, Ruggable, and TALA.
- Own the end-to-end new business motion including outbound strategy, inbound qualification, and senior-level partnership development across the eCommerce ecosystem.
- Define and maintain the Ideal Client Profile (ICP) and qualification criteria to ensure every deal is well-shaped for the delivery teams.
- Lead high-stakes pitches and commercial negotiations alongside founders, translating complex digital strategies into compelling narratives for C-suite prospects.
- Significant experience in senior business development or commercial leadership roles specifically within a digital agency or consultancy environment.
