Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct frequent in‑person visits to retailers and end‑customers to pitch services, demo the platform, and secure new sign‑ups.
  • Nurture ongoing relationships, handle queries on the spot, overcome objections, and upsell to grow order volumes.
  • Scout for new opportunities, manage your sales pipeline, and smash targets for acquisitions and revenue.
  • Offer hands‑on support like retailer onboarding, troubleshooting deliveries, and feeding insights back to the ops team.
Person Specification Essential
  • 1‑2 years' experience in field sales, retail, or B2B logistics within the UK market.
  • Full clean UK driving licence with your own reliable vehicle – extensive travel across territory is mandatory.
  • Top‑notch communication and persuasion skills; comfortable chatting with business owners daily.
  • Tech‑savvy with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and a results‑driven mindset.
Desirable
  • Background in last‑mile delivery, SMB retail, or account management.
  • Familiarity with UK high street challenges for independent traders.
