About Us
We are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Regional Sales Manager who knows how to build relationships, influence key decision‑makers, and deliver results. In this role, you'll be the face of Sazerac across your region, executing smart commercial plans and driving premium brand visibility in the impulse sector.

What You'll Be Doing
Deliver the Sazerac impulse sales plan across your Manchester territory.
Identify growth opportunities and convert them into measurable commercial wins.
Maximise distribution, visibility and availability through brilliant in store execution.
Performance & Insight
Analyse KPIs and sales data to continuously improve performance.
Use Power BI insights to spot trends and sharpen your territory strategy.
Produce weekly and monthly reports that demonstrate your impact and momentum.
Relationship Building
Build trusted relationships with store managers and key stakeholders.
Become the go to Sazerac expert in your territory—driving brand advocacy everywhere you go.
Work closely with your Regional Sales Manager and Account Lead to shape ongoing strategy.
Compliance & Operational Excellence
Ensure accurate data recording across all platforms and devices.
Maintain full accreditation and GDPR compliance.
Support rapid response interventions and complete regional audits as needed.
