Proper Recruitment are proud to be supporting a leading high street agent who operate across London as they search for bright and ambitious talent to join their successful Prime Central London team as a Sales Negotiator.
Responsibilities:- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Conducting viewings and market appraisals
- Negotiating offers and closing sales
- Providing expert advice to clients
- Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets
- Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends
- Experience in sales, preferably within the property sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- A full UK driving licence
