Sales Negotiator

Position: Sales Negotiator (Permanent)

Salary - £20,000-£25,000, + commission £50,000 - £60,000 OTE

Driver & Own car required - Car Allowance £150 per month

Our client, based in West Hampstead, is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their friendly and busy team.

In this role, you will play a key part in the property sales process from start to finish. This is a busy, fast-paced position where you will be working closely with buyers, sellers, and colleagues to ensure property transactions progress smoothly and successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

* Registering buyers and understanding their property requirements

* Arranging and conducting property viewings

* Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers

* Progressing sales through to completion

* Maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service

* Keeping accurate records and updating internal systems

Requirements:

* Previous experience in estate agency or property sales

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Self-motivated with a proactive attitude

* Excellent organisational skills

* UK driving Licence and own car essential
