Position: Estate Agency Lead (Sales and Lettings)
Location: Greater London

I'm Arthur, founder of Procuro. We're lean, ambitious and looking to take our way of doing things to the next level. We're building a different kind of estate agency. And we need someone ready to step up.

Right now, it's me, a property manager, and this role.

We're looking for someone who's
currently a senior sales or lettings negotiator
— someone who's been the top performer, who's tired of the corporate grind, and who's ready to
own something
.

What you'll do (at first)

This isn't a "sit in the office and delegate" role. Not yet.

You’ll be on the coal face:

  • Manage our existing portfolio across Central London (Sales and Lettings)
  • Conduct viewings
    and close deals
  • Handle front-facing compliance and ops
  • Be the face of the business alongside me

You’ll prove you can do the work at the highest level — because that's what earns you the next step.

What you’ll build (as we scale)

Once you've proven yourself,
you'll hire and lead your own team.

You’ll go from doing the viewings to coaching others. From closing deals to building a high-performing sales culture. From managing compliance to designing systems.

This is a
founding team role
— you'll have real influence over how we grow, who we hire, and how we operate.
