Key Responsibilities of a Sales Negotiator- Qualifying applicants, identifying their needs and showing them suitable properties
- Proactively creating opportunities by making a high volume of calls to our expansive database
- Cross-selling between the other JOHNSCO branches and our extensive New Homes offerings
- Working as a team to ensure the annual target is met
- Conduct viewings & negotiate offers
- Delivering a very high level of customer service to all clients
- Proven experience in residential sales, with a demonstrable track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
- Knowledge of the London property market
- Proactive and tenacious
- Target driven and ability to meet and exceed key KPIs (calls, viewings, offers and sales)
- A strong understanding of the sales process and current legislation
- Dedicated to exceeding client expectations
- Hold a valid driving licence (essential)
