£24,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £39,000)

We're on the lookout for ambitious Telesales Executives to join our growing team in South East London
. With warm leads provided and a mix of inbound and outbound calls, you'll be speaking to people who are already interested - your job is to turn that interest into action!

• Making outbound calls to warm leads (no cold calling!)
• Handling inbound calls and converting interest into sales
• Building rapport and offering tailored solutions
• Hitting achievable targets - and getting rewarded for it!

• £24,000 basic salary + uncapped commission
• Realistic OTE of £39,000
• Monday to Friday - your weekends are YOURS!

• Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner

• Experience in sales or customer service is a bonus - but not essential!
