What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing property sales from instruction through to completion
• Conducting viewings and securing offers
• Negotiating sales and maintaining client relationships
• Working to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Providing outstanding customer service to buyers and vendors

What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experience in residential property sales
• Well-presented and professional demeanour
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Intelligent, articulate, and commercially aware
• Ambitious, driven, and highly motivated
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Local knowledge of Leatherhead / Horsley and surrounding areas (preferred)
