Head of Sales EMEA - Investment SaaS

Great sales leadership opportunity for a top performing investment technology sales leader to manage and grow an EMEA sales team. Chance to be part of the global senior management team with an established market leading fintech company to influence and make a significant impact on the company’s future success.

Excelsior has been engaged to conduct a search for this market leading fintech, a leader in enterprise SaaS solutions with an enviable global client base of both buy and sell side institutions. As part of a global restructure and investment they are looking to take their EMEA operations "to the next level", appointing an EMEA sales leader to drive their EMEA commercial strategy and growth for their buy-side division.

It's a solid sales leadership role, in terms of numbers you will lead an international team of c20 (new business sales, account managers & SDRs etc) and ARR $45mn+. As the company is in the process of organisational change to best set itself up for further growth, there is of course the opportunity to effect change and "make your own stamp" to ensure you're set up for your personal sales leadership success.

• Strong sales management experience leading and coaching a sales team to quota success, with a team focus on new revenue growth from both new client acquisition along with account retention and cross / upselling.
• Deep industry experience and credibility within the investment technology space i.e. core buy-side front, middle and/or back office SaaS solutions.
• Ability to lead in an enterprising and entrepreneurial environment, where helping grow a business will be valued.
