Venue Sales Manager – Riverside East, Olympic Park
Join us as a Venue Sales Manager at Levy, leading commercial success at Riverside East, Peppermint’s new 1000‑capacity venue in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
Competitive salary up to £48,000 plus bonus, 28 days annual leave, hybrid working, private healthcare, and more.
Responsibilities- Execute the sales strategy in collaboration with the Head of Sales.
- Grow and maintain client database, from corporates to agencies and promoters.
- Identify and convert new business via events, partnerships, and brand activations.
- Drive proactive sales activity: outreach, networking, prospecting, event attendance.
- Manage leads and sales activity, ensuring accurate data recording and reporting.
- Lead client site visits, articulate venue offerings, layouts, supplier options, and logistics.
- Champion and implement marketing initiatives supporting sales.
- Ensure all sales operations meet professionalism, accuracy, and guest experience standards.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, monitoring performance against metrics.
- Collaborate with venue operations for successful event delivery and handovers.
- Experience in outbound business development and full sales lifecycle.
- Client‑facing sales manager role, ideally in events, hospitality, or experiential marketing.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets and driving growth.
- Commercial awareness and business development mindset.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales performance tracking.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable conducting site visits and creative selling.
- Experience managing high‑value clients and complex bookings.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with wider teams.
