- Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve queries related to stock shortages, pricing, forecasting, finance and invoicing.
- Provide accurate and insightful sales reporting and data to support sales leads.
- Support sales leads through efficient purchase order creation, tracking and management.
- Implement and maintain a streamlined documentation and filing system to keep everything running smoothly.
- Take ownership of retailer and vendor contract administration.
- Stay ahead of upcoming product launches and manage full Item & Product Setup Forms across retailer platforms.
- Oversee product copy translations for EU/ROW markets and ensure product images and assets meet retailer requirements.
- Coordinate the timely ordering of GWPs, samples and product testers in line with budgets.
- Assist in setting up retailer meetings, including venue/room booking, catering arrangements and room décor to ensure a polished, brand‑right experience.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account coordination or a similar role.
- Experience working with UK retailers.
- Experience with in the beauty industry is an advantage.
- Exceptional administrative, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments and juggle shifting priorities.
- Experience driving alignment across cross‑functional teams and meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Total compensation includes base salary, annual company‑based performance bonus and equity. Under e.l.f.’s annual bonus programme, employees may earn up to 200 % of target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals.
