We’re hiring a Business Development Executive to join our London team.

We’re a market-leading recruitment company in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction space, working with clients across the USA. After a strong 2025, we’re growing again – currently 24 people in London, aiming to reach 40 over the next three years. This role is ideal for someone with early sales experience who wants more ownership, better earning potential, and exposure to building long-term client relationships.

Our three directors started the business as friends after meeting at college, and that still shapes our culture today: supportive, social, and team-first, while remaining ambitious and performance-driven.

The role
  • Support and grow relationships with AEC clients in the US market
  • Identify new business opportunities and build your own client base
  • Take ownership of commercial conversations and negotiations
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure strong outcomes
  • Develop into a trusted point of contact for your clients
  • 6–24 months’ experience in B2B sales or recruitment
  • Confident communicators who enjoy building relationships
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and target-driven
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and modern sales tools
  • Organised, resilient, and keen to progress quickly
  • A team player who wants to grow with the business
