Right now, we’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Partnerships team. Our dynamic Partnerships team focuses on building and developing relationships with merchant partners. Reporting into an Account Director, the Account Manager will oversee a range of high‑potential accounts, looking at how we can maximise revenue and provide innovative solutions to meet their objectives.

The role requires an experienced and energetic Account Manager with a proven track record in sales and account management, and in‑depth experience and existing relationships across a wide variety of retailers. The hybrid role will be based in our London office, with some travel required to visit clients and attend industry events.

Key responsibilities
  • Forging strong relations with retailers featured on  to deliver mutual business objectives
  • Owning a medium‑to‑large sized advertiser portfolio of important retailers as well as a few new business accounts
  • Acting as the first point of contact for your portfolio of retailers, networks and agencies and responding to requests and concerns in a timely manner
  • Managing complete sales cycle process from identifying to closing new retailer/brand relationships
  • Striving to achieve quarterly revenue targets
  • Attending client meetings independently to review performance and secure strong commercial packages
  • Contributing and participating in the pitching of new products and/or services from  to new retailers, advertisers and media partners
  • Analysing past campaigns’ performance and presenting to partners to secure repeat bookings and enhance long‑term relationships
  • Administrative duties, such as recording agreed exclusive codes and exposure packages and adhering to all financial or legal processes
Job requirements
  • 2+ years relevant experience in online media sales or business development
  • A good understanding of affiliate marketing
  • A good understanding of social media
  • Confident and articulate, with excellent communication skills
  • Self‑motivated and pragmatic – works well to targets and happy to take on responsibility for multiple deliverables and projects working independently and as part of a team
  • Persuasive – able to convince retailers and networks to provide Voucher Codes with the very best deals
  • Tenacious and resilient – overcomes setbacks quickly and identifies new approaches when required
  • Comfortable presenting opportunities face‑to‑face and virtual, and meeting new clients at networking events
  • Good numeracy skills – competent working with numbers and more complex statistical data
  • Super organised – able to multitask and thrives working towards targets and deadlines
  • Commercially savvy
