We’re looking for a driven and strategic Corporate Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in strengthening our corporate and TMC partnerships. If you thrive in a fast‑paced commercial environment, excel at building relationships, and are motivated by uncovering new business opportunities, this role offers the perfect platform to make an impact.
Accountabilities- Manage a portfolio of key TMC partners and corporate clients, identifying growth opportunities and driving revenue across your accounts to achieve targets.
- Proactively source, qualify and secure new business to expand Etihad’s corporate footprint.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans designed to maximise performance and secure long‑term commitment to Etihad.
- Build monthly sales plans, including targeted actions and call strategies, to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
- Cultivate strong, influential relationships at all levels within your accounts to ensure opportunities are fully leveraged.
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage agreements to support overall sales objectives.
- Use corporate management information systems to analyse performance, optimise your portfolio, and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience in sales
- Managing multiple stakeholders from various departments to achieve our goals
- Relevant commercial and analytical work experience
- This position requires a mix of sales acumen, customer service excellence, and industry knowledge to effectively represent the airline and drive revenue
