New Car Sales Executive
Orpington (BR6)
£25,500 basic | OTE £51,000 + Company Car
Renault Retail Group Orpington is seeking an experienced New Car Sales Executive to join our friendly, customer-focused team. Our modern Crofton Road showroom displays the latest Renault and Dacia vehicles, including electric, hybrid and family models, and provides a supportive environment with strong processes and excellent manufacturer training.
What You’ll Do
You will guide customers through the full buying journey, from first enquiry to final handover, ensuring a professional and enjoyable experience. Main responsibilities include:
* Engaging with customers in the showroom and identifying their needs
* Presenting new Renault and Dacia vehicles, including electric and hybrid models
* Arranging and conducting customer test drives
* Introducing finance and insurance products in a clear, FCA‑compliant manner
* Using Keyloop Showroom to manage enquiries, update CRM records, prepare quotations and create sales orders
* Processing part exchanges and scheduling handovers
* Maintaining accurate follow-up actions using Keyloop’s integrated communication tools
* Using CitNOW to record and share personalised videos and live vehicle walk‑arounds
* Managing digital leads through Keyloop’s lead‑management tools and ensuring prompt responses
* Supporting customers throughout the entire sales process with a helpful and organised approach
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who brings recent motor‑retail sales experience and a professional, customer-first mindset. You should be confident presenting vehicles and finance options, comfortable with transparent sales targets, and able to work effectively with digital systems.
Key skills and experience include:
* Recent experience in motor retail sales (main-dealer experience ideal)
* A clear communicator with a calm and professional manner
* Confident presenting finance, insurance and product options in line with FCA expectations
* Organised and customer-focused, with strong follow‑up discipline
* Comfortable using CDK Drive, Keyloop Showroom, CitNOW or similar software
Driving Licence Requirement
A full UK driving licence is essential for test drives and for eligibility for the company car scheme. Manual and automatic-only licence holders are welcome to apply.
Hours
This role operates on a rota covering five or six days per week, including some weekend working.
* Weekdays: 8:30am–6pm
* Saturdays: 8:30am–5pm
* Sundays: 10am–4pm
Remuneration Package
You will receive a basic salary of £25,500 with an achievable OTE of £51,000. Commission is uncapped, so high performers can earn significantly above the stated total.
Additional elements include a demonstrator car from day one, followed by a tax‑efficient company car after one month.
