** Business Development Manager – Leading Construction Specialist – London/Essex**

We are currently recruiting for a market leading façade remediation contractor who are known for their exceptional service to customers and excellent reputation in the industry. Due to that growth, they are looking to expand their team with someone who is used to cementing relationships/building new ones, someone who has experience in the construction/remediation sector and be a real people-person!

Role:

You will be responsible for -

  • Taking responsibility for a stakeholder groups/accounts within the BD pipeline.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Commitment to learning and developing knowledge of industry and market trends.
  • Ensuring information on the CRM system is accurate and up to date and the single source of truth.
  • Familiar with managing a pipeline of opportunities, prioritizing and strategizing to maintain pipeline velocity.
  • Ability to strategically plan sales approach, pitch and tactically plan to unlock deals.
  • Generating high quality leads via telephone and email communication with clients.
Candidate:

The ideal candidate will -

  • Must-have experience selling into the same customer base: social housing sector, remediation or local authorities.
  • Experience in a Projects based business, with large, multi-stakeholder decision making sales process.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Able to handle pressure, conflicting priorities, and stick to chosen priority to see it through to completion.
  • Fast paced, sense of urgency and likes a challenge, not motivated by quick wins.
  • Must be willing to travel to London and Essex.
Package:
  • Basic Salary: £70,000 - £100,000 (negotiable based on experience)
