Remote/Hybrid – 2 days per week in Central London office

Job Description

We’re seeking a passionate and driven German speaking Business Development Representative (BDR) to join Blue Voyant’s revenue teams. The BDR will develop leads from marketing campaigns, drive pipeline, and help meet sales quotas. Acting as an internal link between Marketing and Sales, the BDR will focus on seeking and qualifying new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers through inbound and outbound efforts.

The role collaborates with key stakeholders to develop top‑of‑funnel demand strategies and is expected to have a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Prospect through cold calling and emailing
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to schedule a targeted number of appointments for the sales team (go above and beyond quota)
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Implement call scripts, campaign cadences, email pitches, and other outreach to improve lead generation
  • Use prospecting tools to accomplish goals and efficiently capture team activity in the database
  • Accomplish meaningful metrics and reports to measure productivity and quota attainment
  • Report to Marketing and Sales on results
  • Stay up to date with new offerings and new pricing/payment plans
Requirements
  • Fluent German
  • Competitive, self‑motivated, and resourceful
  • Track record of achieving objectives
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Experience with a CRM and email automation tools required (Salesforce, Sales Loft, Zoom Info preferred)
  • Accomplish training plan requirements
  • Confident communicator – listener and engaging conversation
  • Wants to belong to a team and is eager to produce results
  • Good, positive attitude is a must
  • Proficient use of English – verbal and written
Ideally
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry or high tech; certifications are a plus
  • Experience with any AI tools
  • Fluency in Dutch to support the Benelux region
