Take full ownership of a high-priority region with serious expansion potential. - Hybrid Working: 3 days in the London (Old Street) office for coaching and collaboration.
- Prospect and qualify new opportunities across France.
- Research and engage French-speaking decision-makers within SaaS and tech-driven businesses.
- Execute smart multi-channel outbound campaigns via phone, email, Linked In, and events. Outreach in French and English.
- Partner with Account Executives on territory plans and pipeline strategy.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and contribute ideas that improve team performance.
- Fluent French speaker (native or near-native) with strong professional English.
- 1+ year of B2B SaaS sales, lead-gen, or customer-facing experience (internships and bootcamps count).
- Confident using a CRM such as Salesforce or Hub Spot, plus sales tools like Zoom Info, Outreach, or Cognism.
- Early-career or career-changer with grit, curiosity, and a learning mindset.
- Confident communicator who enjoys talking with people over the phone and on video in both French and English.
- Resilient, proactive, and driven by clear goals.
- Understanding of the French business culture and buying environment is a plus.
- Meeting and exceeding activity and pipeline targets (this is an over-target team, and the standards are high).
- Building trust with AEs and adding measurable value to the French sales process.
- Mastering outbound fundamentals within 3-6 months.
