- The Sales Support Coordinator will play a pivotal role in our sales team, providing essential administrative and operational support ,
- Key responsibilities include setting up retailer accounts, managing product information and images, conducting sales analysis, and assisting in the preparation of sales materials and presentations ,
- Additionally, the coordinator will maintain accurate records of sales activities and support the creation of briefs ,
- Retailer Account Setup & Maintenance:
Establish and maintain retailer accounts, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded , - Product Information Management:
Enter and update product information, including descriptions, specifications, and images , - Sales Analysis:
Conduct sales data analysis to identify trends, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for the sales team , - Preparation of Sales Materials:
Assist in the creation and distribution of sales materials , - Presentation Support:
Support the sales team in preparing for client presentations, ensuring all materials are accurate and professionally presented , - Record Maintenance:
Maintain precise and up-to-date records of sales activities and sales metrics , - Brief Creation:
Aid in the creation of briefs for marketing campaigns, product launches, and sales strategies , - Customer Communication:
Handle communication with customers to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly , - Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products & samples, both internally and externally , - Administrative Support:
Perform general administrative duties and assisting with other tasks as needed to support the sales team
