Are you a high‑energy sales leader?
We’re looking for a driven, ambitious, and fast‑paced Head of Sales to join a growing force in the printing and packaging industries. This role is perfect for someone eager to take ownership, build a strong pipeline, and carve a route to senior leadership.
What You’ll Do:- Own and drive your new business development strategy—generate leads, close deals, and grow accounts.
- Receive 1–2 warm leads/month via the business development team—but you’re expected to be proactive and self‑sufficient in pipeline creation.
- Use multi‑channel outreach: calls, emails, Linked In, direct campaigns, and events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet complex printing packaging needs.
- A target‑led, go‑getter who thrives in fast‑paced environments.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
- Strong communicator with a consultative sales style and industry experience.
- Ambitious with a clear vision for leadership.
- Folding Boxboard Cartons (FBB) – Litho and/or Digital Print.
