Regional Sales Manager

Out Systems is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to be based in London and develop our local sales to exceed revenue and operational goals.

• Hunt for new business and logos.
• Hire, lead, and coach a successful team of full‑cycle sales professionals.
• Develop, motivate, and retain top performers.
• Attain over achievement of team sales goals.
• Engage your team with daily huddles, interactive meetings, and fun challenges.
• Manage activity and pipeline in Salesforce CRM to exceed your goals.
• Maintain accurate and on‑time forecast reporting.
• Effectively lead your sales team to success, hitting monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.

• Minimum of 12 years of quota‑carrying experience.
• 4+ years experience leading a quota‑carrying, closing sales team.
• Leadership presence that team members will walk through walls for.
• Proven ability to coach, attract, and retain amazing sales talent.
• A competitive spirit who likes to win; track record of consistently exceeding established goals.
• Experience closing large deals with complex sales cycles on complex large Enterprise Accounts.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• A love for the startup environment.
• A Bachelor's Degree.
