Senior National Account Manager - Grocery

Role Overview

It is responsible for driving continued revenue growth across two key grocery retailers with high growth potential, reporting into the Head of Business Unit.

• £10 million+ P&L responsibility
• Ability to create, negotiate & execute win/win JBPs
• Business Development to secure new retail opportunities across the retailer channels
• Lead multi-functional retailer engagement, particularly Category, Brand & Innovation, Supply & Shopper Marketing
• Maximise range and distribution
• Launch transformational product innovation
• Best in class day-to-day account management
• Effective cross-functional collaboration

Ideal candidate will have extensive and relevant experience in grocery account management combined with a relentless pursuit for better.

• Minimum 7-8 years relevant experience in grocery accounts
• Strong commercial mindset with a retailer/shopper first approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving SME, thriving under pace
• Team player with excellent communication skills, both internally and externally
• Excellent data and analytical skills, with confident use of Excel
• Highly organised with ability to prioritise workload effectively
