Attewell is a fast-growing Aerospace manufacturing business based in Hayes, Middlesex. Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Inside Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving our continued growth and providing outstanding customer service. The main responsibilities of the role include management of day-to-day sales enquiries, project management of major bids and increasing profitable growth via "internal sales" channels.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, who demonstrates a high of level accountability, energy and commitment, as well as enjoying working in a fast-paced environment requiring you to be highly responsive.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver on-time, high quality and competitive quotes to customers
  • Project manage the end-to-end process for major bids
  • Increase our win rate with effective follow-ups and analysis to boost our competitiveness
  • Lead and develop the inside sales team to provide excellent customer service and profitable growth with "long-tail" customers, as well as supporting the Business Development team with "strategic" customers
  • Grow our daily bookings through inside sales channels
  • Pro-actively lead and support problem solving efforts with stakeholders to resolve customer issues and coordinate internal actions as needed
Experience Required
  • 3 years experience in a relevant role, ideally from the aerospace / manufacturing sector
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • A strong track record of developing customer relationships
  • Ability to work unsupervised in a rapidly growing organisation and respond quickly to requirements, prioritising effectively
  • Excellent inter-personal skills to work collaboratively and effectively with stakeholders across the business
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (ideally SAP)
  • A proven track record in effectively managing an inside sales team
  • Process driven with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Analytical, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Fast learner â able to rapidly build commercial / high-level technical knowledge to ensure customer requirements are met
Working Hours

Full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. Monday â Thursday from 8.15am to 5.00pm and Friday 8.15am to 12.45pm.
