Role Overview

HIVED is a tech‑native, last‑mile parcel delivery company operating in the UK. The zero‑to‑one work is done. The foundations are in place, the brand has a voice, and enterprise momentum is building with global clients like Nespresso, Uniqlo, H&M and ZARA.

This hire is not about rebuilding. It is about scaling what works, sharpening our enterprise positioning, and turning marketing into a measurable pipeline engine as we move towards our next phase of growth. This role carries real scope to grow with the business as we do.

You will be part of the Commercial Team (Sales, Account Management, Brand & Marketing, Revenue Operations). As Marketing Director, you will own marketing at HIVED end‑to‑end: brand, demand generation, content, and enterprise pipeline. You will inherit a small team and a set of solid foundations. The job is to accelerate what’s working and build marketing into a scalable, measurable growth engine.

Responsibilities Enterprise/SMB Pipeline & Demand Generation
  • Build and run a demand generation engine across all key categories: events, content driven inbound, referrals, delivery‑experience‑led inbound, and cold outreach through targeted account‑based marketing (ABM); creating a consistent flow of warm, qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  • Lead HIVED’s presence at external events, identifying the right industry events and trade shows to attend, whilst also developing HIVED’s own event programme. Use both to build brand credibility, awareness…
