Regional Account Manager – South London
Join WCCTV as a Regional Account Manager in South London. Manage key accounts, develop new business, and grow your career with a leading mobile surveillance technology company.
Details- Location: Gravesend
- Salary: £50,000 DOE basic salary (£15,000 OTE) + Company Car Allowance
- Sectors: Construction/Infrastructure/Utilities
- Region: Eastern London, Lower Thames Estuary and Northwest Kent
- Attend meetings booked by yourself and the internal Business Development Executive (BDE) team to fully explore customer needs.
- Arrange site prospecting visits and introduce the business.
- Be knowledgeable of our relevant products and services (Stellifii) and tailor them to support customers’ needs.
- Identify new sales leads and schedule meetings, including those booked by the BDE team.
- Explore and develop all commercial opportunities for the company.
- Maximise revenue and negotiate on the best commercial terms.
- Travel to customer sites across Eastern London, Lower Thames Estuary and surrounding counties.
- Achieve KPIs and strive to exceed headline activity.
- Basic salary up to £50,000 depending on experience.
- Achievable individual bonus, up to £15k OTE.
- 25 days annual leave (increases with length of service).

- Minimum 3 years in a fast-paced sales environment, preferably rental/joint security sales.
- Proven experience in Construction/Utilities/Infrastructure sectors.
- Understanding of short sales cycles and strategic portfolio management.
- Experience in plant hire is desirable but not essential.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
- Financially driven with a desire to learn and take ownership.
- Resolution-focused and able to find profitable outcomes efficiently.
- Passionate, resilient to objections, and able to overcome them.
- Able to blend compassion and competitiveness within a team.
- Coachable, eager to learn and develop gradually.
- Curious, always asking why to uncover barriers.
