Typical day responsibilities
  • Build and grow relationships with UK & international corporate clients and TMCs
  • Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities in a competitive London market
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and hotel show rounds
  • Represent the hotel at networking events, client functions, and industry engagements
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to uncover opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue, Reservations, Front Office, and F&B teams
  • Contribute to the wider commercial strategy with insight and initiative
Qualifications
  • Proven ability to generate new business and grow accounts
  • A proactive, resilient mindset with a genuine passion for sales
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • A team-first attitude—you thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Ideal but not essential
  • Experience with in London’s corporate, embassy or business travel market
  • Existing client relationships or strong industry knowledge
