Sr. Partner Account Manager, Global Systems Integrator Sales, WWPS GSI EMEA Public Sector Team

As a Strategic Sales Partner Account Manager (PAM), you will lead joint sales campaigns for AWS Worldwide Public Sector (WWPS) alongside a large Global Systems Integrator (GSI). Your focus will be on increasing awareness and adoption of Amazon Web Services (AWS) by creating and executing go-to-market strategies, building pipeline, and delivering revenue growth across diverse public sector markets including Government, Health Care, and Education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth in the Public Sector, targeting Government owned entities, health care, and education customers.
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with a large Global Systems Integrator partner and with AWS executives to deliver business value for joint end‑user customers.
  • Engage closely with AWS Account Executives, Solution Architects, Industry/Technology Subject Matter Experts, and Partner Marketing to develop and pursue new revenue opportunities.
  • Cultivate sales and partner relationships, executing sales pursuits and campaigns that align with AWS and GSI strategic objectives.
  • Leverage AWS mechanisms to secure sales results, iterate improvements, and collaborate with a global team to deliver outcomes that emulate a start‑up environment.
  • Develop stakeholder alignment, establishing regular interlocks and cadence with key sales teams for both partner and AWS.
  • Create and execute Joint Partner Sales Plans to accelerate AWS revenue, target new markets, and pursue strategic initiatives in alignment with AWS strategic direction.
  • Communicate partner strategic initiatives, solutions, joint wins, and successes to AWS Partner teams, field sales, solution architects, and business development groups.
  • Prepare and lead regular business reviews for the AWS senior management team.
  • Define a CXO relationship strategy, engaging AWS senior leaders for executive sponsor ships, coordinating executive business reviews, and developing sales opportunities for partner offerings and solutions.
Basic Qualifications
  • Experience in sales or sales management of infrastructure or cloud technology.
  • Experience in large, complex deal negotiations with a successful track record.
  • Experience managing large, complex partner accounts or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience influencing innovation through a partner ecosystem with solutions or programs that have demonstrated success at enterprise customers.
  • Experience developing detailed go‑to‑market plans.
  • Experience in direct sales or business development in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C‑level executives.
  • Experience in business development, partner development, sales or alliances management.
  • Bachelor's degree.
