Position: New Business & Seller Growth Executive - TikTok Shop Third-party Associate)
Location: Greater London

Tik Tok Shop is an innovative marketplace fully integrated into Tik Tok. It brings together online sellers, buyers and creators, providing a seamless shopping experience that enables our community to discover and engage with what they love.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively conduct outbound prospecting via multi-channel (email, phone, social) outbound campaigns to source and qualify high-potential seller‑partners.
  • Lead initial pitches to understand seller needs, translating the unique value of Tik Tok Shop into compelling, tailored propositions for them.
  • Assess seller fit to confirm potential partners, ensuring strong platform fit, identifying the seller growth strategies, and clear pathways to GMV growth.
  • Support end‑to‑end seller onboarding, registration, account setup, and activation of new sellers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continued support for onboarded sellers, including merchant navigation through their growth on the platform.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets related to seller acquisition and seller GMV growth within a 3‑6 month period.
  • Understand the Tik Tok Shop platform, the competition, and our unique positioning in the industry.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven B2B Sales Acumen:
    Successful B2B sales development (SDR/BDR) or full‑cycle sales experience.
  • Communication Excellence:
    Exceptional command of English, both written and verbal, for external negotiations and presentations.
  • Self‑Driven & Organised:
    Demonstrated strong time‑management, organisational skills, and the ability to operate autonomously in a remote‑first setting.
  • Contract Commitment:
    Availability for a 6‑12 month fixed‑term contract, with opportunity for extension based on impact and results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • eCommerce experience: previous direct experience within a high‑growth eCommerce, online marketplace, or platform business is a strong advantage.
  • Startup passion:
    Experience operating effectively within a hyper‑scaling, fluid, or startup‑like environment.
