Building Services / Facilities Management Sales Executive
Location: London/remote
Salary: 50,000 + Commission + Benefits
About the Role
Are you currently working in Building Services or Facilities Management and looking to take the next step into a commercial, client-facing role? We’re looking for a motivated professional with hands-on experience in FM, M&E, or building services who is keen to transition into technical sales and business development
. This role is ideal for someone who understands how buildings operate and wants to use that knowledge to help clients find the right solutions — while building a rewarding sales career.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing new business opportunities within the Building Services and Facilities Management sector
- Managing and growing relationships with existing clients
- Identifying client needs and proposing appropriate technical solutions
- Working closely with operational and engineering teams to price and deliver services
- Preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations
- Attending client meetings, site visits, and industry events
- Meeting and exceeding agreed sales targets
Who We’re Looking For
- Background in Facilities Management, Building Services, M&E, HVAC, or related sectors
- Experience in a technical, operational, supervisory, or engineering role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially aware, with an interest in sales and business development
- Confident discussing technical services with clients
- Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
- Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential — training will be provided
