Requirements
- We believe you’re someone who enjoys combining relationship-building with commercial ownership. You’re curious, structured, solution-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where prioritization is key
- You likely have experience working with SaaS products and understand the complexity of modern tech ecosystems and integrations. You’re comfortable navigating commercial dialogues while also understanding the operational side of customer success
- Have experience within SaaS, retail, e-commerce, CRM, or customer experience-related industries
- Have worked in Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, Partner Management, or another commercial role
- Are comfortable managing complex customer relationships and multiple stakeholders
- Have strong time management and prioritization skills
- Enjoy working both strategically and operationally
- Are commercially driven while maintaining a customer-centric mindset
- Are curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and Power BI is a plus
- Professional fluency in English is required. Swedish and/or Dutch is considered an advantage
- Voyado is now looking for an Account Manager to join our growing commercial team in either Amsterdam, London, or Stockholm
- This role is for someone who enjoys building long‑term customer relationships while also driving commercial growth. You’ll play a key role in helping our customers succeed with Voyado’s products, balancing strategic account development with operational ownership and commercial responsibility
- You’ll join a collaborative and international team where Sales, Product, Customer, and Commercial teams work closely together—and where your work will directly impact customer growth, retention, and long‑term partnerships
- As an Account Manager at Voyado, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of international retail and e‑commerce customers across our full product offering
- The role combines strategic relationship management, commercial ownership, and customer advocacy. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders, helping customers maximize the value of our platform while identifying opportunities for upselling, cross‑selling, and long‑term growth
- A large part of the role is customer‑facing, including strategy workshops, contract negotiations, business reviews, and commercial discussions. At the same time, the role requires strong ownership of administration, pipeline management, and prioritization
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers and C‑level stakeholders
- Drive upsell, cross‑sell, and retention initiatives across your customer portfolio
- Lead strategy workshops, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations
- Manage multiple ongoing customer dialogues, renewal processes, and opportunities simultaneously
- Collaborate closely with Product teams by sharing customer insights and feedback
- Continuously identify growth opportunities while balancing customer satisfaction and prioritization
- Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner for your customers
